Systems Maintenance Services Acquires Infinite Computer Group, LLC

Expands SMS West Coast presence and brings multi-vendor IT support capabilities to Infinite Computer Group clients

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Systems Maintenance Services Inc. (SMS) today announced that it has acquired Chatsworth, CA.-based Infinite Computer Group, LLC (ICG). ICG is an independent provider of IT support and computer maintenance services for enterprise, higher education and municipal clients located in the greater Los Angeles area. The acquisition of ICG will expand SMS’s West Coast client base and further strengthen its presence in the Southern California market. SMS will offer ICG clients an expanded suite of multi-vendor IT support and IT asset lifecycle services with national and global delivery capabilities, supported by a world-class central engineering team and a dedicated field engineering staff.
