The ADT Corporation Announces Quarterly Dividend

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The ADT Corporation (NYSE: ADT) today announced its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on February 20, 2013 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 30, 2013.
