Director/PDMR Shareholding

Tate & Lyle PLC (the “Company”) has been informed today that Dr Ajai Puri, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, having reinvested his recent cash dividend, acquired 18 ordinary 25p shares (“Shares”) on 10 January 2013 at a price of 799.66 pence per share. Dr Puri now holds a total of 2,018 Shares in the Company.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the FSA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
