CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ginkgo Residential today announced the acquisition of Central Pointe Apartments located in Charlotte, North Carolina, for a contract purchase price of $8,568,000. The approximately 20 acre property contains 336 one, two and three bedroom apartment homes. The property also includes a swimming pool, fitness center, business center and clothes care facility.
