Inc. Magazine Names Pinnacle Foods’ Parsippany Office “World’s Coolest Office”

PARSIPPANY, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pinnacle Foods Group’s newly opened headquarters and R&D center was selected as the winner of Inc. Magazine’s 2012 “World’s Coolest Offices” contest by Inc’s editorial team. Hosted on Inc’s Facebook page, the contest received 144 submissions from companies across the world.

Each year, Inc. Magazine showcases the “World's Coolest Offices” on Inc.com and discusses what makes a cool office, claiming, “For any company an office is much more than just four walls, a bunch of desks, some laptops, and an instant-coffee machine. An office is a recruitment tool, a second home, a place to hang out with friends, a place to be inspired.”

Inc. Magazine editors admired Parsippany’s well-lit atrium, which features Pinnacle’s logo on the ceiling of the lobby, as well as the building’s warm and inviting central gathering space, writing, “The communal space is full of clean lines and bold geometric shapes. Toward the center of the room, an interior hearth fireplace adds an element of intimacy to this sprawling headquarters.”

Pinnacle Foods Group completed the move to their 399 Jefferson Rd, Parsippany, NJ location in spring 2012. Before the move, the company worked with architectural firm, Gensler and Hollister Construction Services to redevelop various facets of the building, including the office’s main entrance, fitting the building to include a full commercial test kitchen and state-of-the-art research and development facilities.
