Pinnacle Propane Acquires Arkansas Propane Provider Tri State Propane

Pinnacle Propane, LLC has acquired the assets of Tri State Propane based in Hiwasse, Arkansas

IRVING, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pinnacle Propane, LLC (“Pinnacle”), a leading provider of propane in the south and southwest United States, announced today that it has acquired the assets of Tri State Propane (“Tri State”) based in Hiwasse, Arkansas. The transaction expands Pinnacle’s presence in Arkansas and eastern Oklahoma.

Tri State Propane will be rebranded Pinnacle Propane in the coming weeks. The location will continue to offer propane bottle filling at the store as well as residential, agriculture and commercial delivery.
