Energy Points Names Gideon Argov Chairman of the Board

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Energy Points, a provider of total energy ERP, today announced the appointment of Gideon Argov as Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Argov brings a proven track record as CEO and board member for developing and leading successful global businesses. Energy Points will draw on his extensive experience to support the company’s rapid growth and market expansion.

Mr. Argov served as the President and CEO of Entegris from 2004 through 2012. Previously, he served as Managing Director of Parthenon Capital, a private equity partnership based in Boston. Mr. Argov has also held CEO and Chairman positions at Kollmorgen Corporation, a supplier of high performance electronic motion control products, and High Voltage Engineering Corporation. He currently serves on the board of J.M. Huber Corporation, a global producer of engineered materials and specialty chemicals, and of Servotronix, a provider of industrial controls and drives based in Petach Tikva, Israel.
