Hub International Acquires CFR

New Regional Hub Platform to Be Formed

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hub International Limited (Hub) announced today that it has acquired CFR, Inc. (CFR), a Tulsa, Oklahoma–based insurance brokerage firm. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The operations will form a new regional Hub called Hub International CFR. Jack Allen, Jr., Chairman, Robert Gardner, CEO, and Trey Biggs, President, will join Hub, reporting to Roy Taylor, President, Western Region, Hub International.
