Marshall Ferguson focuses his practice on litigation primarily concerning real estate and aviation matters. He received his JD from the University of Washington School of Law and works out of the Seattle office. He is admitted in Washington.

Sharon Peters concentrates her practice on employment litigation, employment practices advice (including crisis management and investigations), and healthcare regulatory compliance. She received her JD from the University Of Louisville School Of Law and is in the Portland office. She is admitted in Kentucky and Oregon.

Ellen Voss’ practice focuses on medical malpractice litigation, health care regulatory compliance, and advising health care clients. She received her JD from Willamette University College of Law and is also based out of the Portland office. She is admitted in Oregon and Washington.
