Grace Announces Release Date for Fourth Quarter 2012 Results

COLUMBIA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--W. R. Grace & Co. (NYSE: GRA) announced today that it will release its fourth quarter 2012 financial results at 6:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday, February 6, 2013. A company-hosted conference call and webcast will follow at 11:00 a.m. ET that day.

During the call, Fred Festa, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Hudson La Force, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will discuss the fourth quarter results and provide an earnings outlook for 2013. A question and answer session with analysts will follow the prepared remarks.
