GEICO seeking college grads for its Fredericksburg leadership program

FREDERICKSBURG, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GEICO’s Fredericksburg regional office is seeking college graduates for its Supervisor Leadership Program, a fast-track, entry level management training program that develops future GEICO business and team leaders.

GEICO’s Supervisor Leadership Program requires candidates to have a bachelor’s degree in business, or significant business coursework, and an overall, undergraduate GPA of 3.2 or higher. Qualified candidates for this program will also have demonstrated leadership within their campus, community or prior work experience.
