The University of Redlands Announces Success Scholarship

Adult learners seeking business degrees are encouraged to apply

REDLANDS, Calif.--()--As 2012 comes to an end, many are setting educational goals and resolutions for the New Year. In fact this has been a trend for many adult learners in the last decade. According to the Department of Education, between 2000 and 2010, there was a 42 percent increase in students over age 25 enrolling in postsecondary programs. In order to assist and encourage adult learners, the University of Redlands School of Business has created the $2,600 Success Scholarship for those working adults ready to finish their first college degree or college graduates ready to pursue a master’s degree or MBA.

The Success Scholarship is available to those determined individuals who apply to the University of Redlands School of Business and enroll by June 30, 2013. The Success Scholarship will award a $2,600 tuition waiver for the last course in their Schedule of Instruction.

A Redlands education will reshape the way the student sees the world and the place as a leader in it. With an emphasis on critical thinking, problem solving, and effective communication, instructors guide students through relevant business curriculum. The School of Business programs are infused with the topics dominating business today: from sustainability to global issues to business ethics to data-driven decision-making.
