Twin Cities Automotive Completes Acquisition of Luxury Dealerships From LeJeune Investment, Inc.

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Twin Cities Automotive, part of the Pohlad Companies, announced that it has completed its acquisition of high-end luxury dealerships from LeJeune Investment, Inc.

With the deal closed, Twin Cities Automotive now has six luxury auto dealerships in the Twin Cities, including Audi St. Paul (formerly Maplewood Audi), Audi Minneapolis (formerly Carousel Audi), BMW of Minnetonka, Mercedes-Benz of Maplewood, Porsche of St. Paul (formerly Porsche of Maplewood) and Porsche of Minneapolis (formerly Carousel Porsche).

Founded in 2008 with a single dealership, Twin Cities Automotive now has 11 dealerships in Minnesota. In addition to its six luxury dealerships, it has five mainstream dealerships including Chevrolet of Delano, North Branch Chevrolet, Coon Rapids Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, St. Cloud Hyundai and Inver Grove Hyundai.
