Fitch Affirms Certain Municipal Ratings Directly Linked to U.S. Sovereign

NEW YORK--()--Due to a clerical oversight, certain municipal bonds whose repayments are secured by guarantees issued by agencies of the United States government were not included in rating affirmations announced by Fitch Ratings on July 19, 2012.

These bonds now reflect an affirmation of their 'AAA' rating and Negative Outlook as of the July 19 date, corresponding to Fitch's July 10, 2012 affirmation of the United States sovereign rating.

Affected bonds include the following issuances or programs:

--Hawaii Housing Finance & Development Corp. (HI) / 1980 Indenture - SF Mortgages;

--Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IN)/June 1980 Indenture - SF Mortgages;

--New Florence Nursing Home, Inc. (MO)/GNMA MBS;

--Puerto Rico Housing Finance Authority (PR)/May 2008 Indenture Portfolio XI;

--Vermont Housing Finance Agency (VT)/Mortgage Revenue Bonds.
