Dutch Architecture & Engineering Firm Van den Berg Group Selects Deltek to Accelerate its Growth

AMSTERDAM--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Deltek, Inc., the leading global provider of enterprise software and information solutions for professional services firms and government contractors, today announced that the successful Dutch architecture & engineering firm Van den Berg Group has chosen Deltek’s industry-specific ERP solution Deltek Vision to enhance its growth throughout its many offices. Van den Berg Group is integrating their project and resource planning with Deltek Vision to improve the project cooperation across offices, the way they run their projects and ultimately, increase their project margins and utilization rate.

Van den Berg Group is one of the larger architecture & engineering firms in The Netherlands with 70 employees and one of the few who constantly has been recruiting new people during the financial crisis the past few years. The employee base consists of consultants, architects, urban planners and building engineers who provide services to both public and private sectors, nationally and internationally.

With its substantial growth the past several years, Van den Berg Group needed a solution that offered deep project and financial management capabilities that enabled Van den Berg Group to successfully deliver its many projects executed from several offices. Deltek Vision will enable Van den Berg Group to manage its large and often international projects from one solution, integrating resource and project planning and financial management. At the same time, the company will get further insight into business performance through real-time reporting. Van den Berg Group has chosen Vision 7.1 including Vision Core, Planning and CRM, and has a planned implementation time of three months – going live January 1, 2013.
