GLENDALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Ohio IHOP® restaurants located in Perrysburg, Lima, Holland and on Talmadge Road in Toledo, as well as an IHOP in Evansville, Indiana, are being refranchised to Mohammed Iftikhar, a current Franchisee who also owns six successful IHOPs in Georgia.
