SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Alexander Group has announced the launch of its 2013 Sales Compensation Trends Survey. This is the go-to survey for 2013 sales compensation planning answers. Topics include sales projections, budgets and headcount for 2013. New questions on quota performance and long-term incentives have been added this year. The survey is co-sponsored with WorldatWork.
