An Affiliate of Sun Capital Partners Completes Acquisition of Polycom’s Enterprise Wireless Communications Business

SpectraLink and KIRK Brands to Operate Under a New Standalone Company

(“Sun Capital”), a leading private investment firm specializing in leveraged buyouts and investments in market-leading companies, today announced that an affiliate has completed the acquisition of Polycom, Inc.’s Enterprise Wireless Communications business (the “Company”), which operates under the SpectraLink and KIRK telecom brands.

The U.S. headquarters of the Company will remain in Colorado, and the European operations will continue to be based in Horsens, Denmark.
