Highlights of the Enpirion PowerSoC portfolio include
- The EN2300 product family of fully integrated 12 Volt POL DC-DC converters offers compact solution footprints from 4 Amp at 190mm2 to 15 Amp at 308mm2. This represents up to a sixty percent area reduction versus conventional solutions at comparable performance. The EN2300 Power SoCs support an input voltage range of 4.5 to 14V and an output voltage range of 0.6 to 5V.
- The Enpirion EV1320, a 2 Amp source/sink DDR termination converter that offers a peak efficiency of 96 percent – 1.4 Watt power savings over a traditional LDO (low drop out) regulator-based solution at a comparable low cost and small solution footprint.
- The EN5339 POL DC-DC converter, which fits into a 55 mm2 solution area with a 1.1 mm profile, and is effectively setting the bar for the smallest 3 Amp solution available.
