MIRAMAR BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Aristocrat Group Corp. (OTCBB: ASCC) President and CEO Cindy Morrissey published the following open letter to the company’s shareholders today, looking back on 2012’s success and ahead to the company’s growth in the coming year:
To our shareholders:
It’s been a year full of exciting new beginnings for the Aristocrat Group. Thank you for all of your support and feedback as we pursue thrilling new business opportunities.
With the creation of our brand management company, Luxuria, we have achieved our corporate goal of diversification into the luxury goods market. Our first initiative is the development of an ultra-premium vodka to participate in the lucrative, recession-proof, spirits market.
The distilled spirits industry generates over $110 billion annually in the U.S., and vodka dominates the market, accounting for 26.6 percent of all spirits sold domestically. Between 2005 and 2009, the U.S. vodka sector grew to nearly 60 million cases per year. Even the Great Recession has done little to slow the beverage’s popularity. In fact, vodka sales have actually continued to grow in the U.S. in the past three years!
Our research indicates that the market is primed for an ultra-premium “Made in the USA” vodka, and we’re working hard to successfully fill this niche. We’ve hired a consultant with years of experience in the spirits industry to assist us in this endeavor. Our new vodka product will be ready to launch in early 2013, followed by plans to add other spirits to our portfolio in the near future.
But that’s not all! We have already received several inquiries from boutique spirits developers interested in forming joint ventures to develop and market delicious new premium spirits. Thanks to our marketing strategies and team of experts, we aim to grow boutique products into powerful, recognizable brands, increasing shareholder profits in the process.
In addition, we are targeting new artists in the music and film industry to assist with cross promotion with our products. By becoming the face of Luxuria Brand spirits, musicians can grow their own brand right alongside ours thanks to the extensive marketing campaigns we have planned.
Our ambitious intent is to become one of the largest and most successful luxury-brand management companies in the world, and feel we are off to a good start, ending this year on a high note and ready to hit the ground running in 2013! We hope you’ll continue to support and invest in ASCC as we grow.
Have a happy holidays!
