IMAGINiT Technologies Releases Three New IMAGINiT Utilities for Autodesk Revit Software

IMAGINiT now offers a total of 17 unique Utilities for Revit.

Three New Utilities

Every IMAGINiT Utility for Revit has been specifically designed to save users time by automating repetitive manual tasks as well as minimizing the errors associated with data entry. All three of these new utilities work with any 2012 or 2013 version of Autodesk Revit Architecture, Autodesk Revit Structure or Autodesk Revit MEP.

The Revit Excel Link enables teams to seamlessly extract model data so they can work in Microsoft Excel by enabling bi-directional synchronization between Revit and Excel. Revit users can seamlessly export Revit project data to Excel as well as import data from Excel to a Revit project. Eliminating manual entry of data and sharing the workload with non-Revit users allows team members to increase productivity and focus on higher value tasks.
The Parameter Concatenator eliminates the manual labor associated with assembling multiple parameter values into a single text parameter or field. Using a custom expression to automate the procedure also ensures accuracy throughout the entire process. Now marking sheets with a company identifier such as a project number or location or stage is simple and fast.
The Dim Text Update overrides multiple dimensions using chosen text options. This utility makes adding prefix, suffix, above, below and other notations such as field verifications or tolerance dimensions quick and easy. Instead of updating fields on an individual basis with the same information, now Revit users can pick to easily update multiple targeted dimensions at once.
