The results are driven by success in new customer wins in key areas of growth, launching new product offerings, and international expansion.
In the third quarter, Everbridge announced over 70 new clients and 140 renewed contracts, representing continued strong growth in its client base. This growth includes customer wins in key areas, including utilities, transportation, healthcare, state and local government. One key customer activation was the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM), that successfully activated Everbridge to support the FDEM mission of ensuring that Florida is prepared to respond to emergencies, recover from them and mitigate against their impacts. The Everbridge system will also aid in the activation of Florida’s State Emergency Response Team (SERT) in preparation for and during a disaster. Already, Everbridge has significantly reduced the amount of time it takes FDEM to notify staff, state agency Emergency Coordinating Officers and other response partners when the State Emergency Operations Center is activated.
