MUNCIE, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--First Merchants Corporation (NASDAQ: FRME) declared a cash dividend on November 20, 2012 of $0.03 per share, payable on December 17, 2012, to shareholders of record on December 3, 2012. For purposes of broker trading, the ex-date of the cash dividend is November 28, 2012.
