The 2013 Corporate Equality Index rated over 600 businesses nationwide based on various factors including non-discrimination policies, benefits for domestic partners and transgender employees, organizational LGBT competency, responsible citizenship and public commitment to outside LGBT-specific efforts. As a top rated firm, Mintz Levin will also be included in the Human Rights Campaign’s “Best Places to Work” list.
