SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Gap Inc. (NYSE: GPS) today announced that its Board of Directors authorized a quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share payable on or after January 30, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 2, 2013.
