Grace Announces Conference Call to Review Chapter 11-Related Financial Matters

COLUMBIA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--W. R. Grace & Co. (NYSE: GRA) today filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2012. The report updates disclosure on certain Chapter 11-related accounting matters. Grace will host a conference call and webcast on Friday, November 9, at 10:00 a.m. ET to further discuss these matters, including the accounting, exit financing and tax implications of the recently announced warrant cash settlement agreement.
