JACKSONVILLE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CMC Jacksonville, an Associa company, is pleased to announce Nicholas Lambiase, Jr., as CEO. Lambiase joins Associa and CMC with nearly 18 years experience in real estate and property management, specializing in condominium and homeowner associations, apartments and commercial properties.

He will undoubtedly use his knowledge and experience within his role as CEO of CMC Jacksonville,” said Associa Senior Vice President George Skrbin. “His superior leadership qualities, customer-focused dedication,and ethical standards have made him ideal for the position.”
As CEO, Lambiase will lead the operations and drive accountability and customer service for the company. He will be responsible for developer and client services, marketing and new business development, maintenance services and the oversight of corporate programs and training.
Lambiase began in the industry from the ground up, gaining hands-on experience as a property manager, working his way up to regional director, and most recently, serving as regional vice president of operations. Within this role, Lambiase oversaw 56 associations and was responsible for the management, direction and leadership of property managers, portfolio managers, accounting, and administrative and maintenance staff.
He served as an adviser to property managers, conducting on-site visits, assisting with budgetary management and operational procedures, and maintaining personal relationships with all board members with weekly contact calls. In addition to his work with current clients, he oversaw the marketing and business development for new clients.
Lambiase holds an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation and a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) and Licensed Real Estates Sales Person in the state of Florida. He received a degree in business administration and hospitality management from Mercer County College. A native of New Jersey, Lambiase and his family have lived in Florida since 2003.
