NEW YORK--()--Financial Guaranty Insurance Company (“FGIC”) announced that the Superintendent of Financial Services of the State of New York, in his capacity as the court-appointed rehabilitator of FGIC, today filed a proposed Plan of Rehabilitation for FGIC (the “Plan”) with the Supreme Court of the State of New York (the “Court”).
Information about FGIC’s rehabilitation proceeding, including copies of the Plan and pleadings filed with, and orders entered by, the Court in the rehabilitation proceeding, will be available at fgicrehabilitation.com.
