Wayin Joins the tibbr Partner Ecosystem Bringing Real-Time Employee Engagement and Polling

LAS VEGAS--()--TUCON – Wayin, a mobile and web engagement service, today announced that it has integrated its employee sentiment and conversation service into tibbr®, an industry leading social enterprise platform offered by TIBCO. Wayin for tibbr will be available in the tibbr Apps Marketplace.

Traditional employee communications is top-down in the form of annual surveys or monthly or weekly employee newsletters. Wayin augments these tools with virtually unlimited questioning, responses and engagement.

Wayin uses media, such as photos, graphics or other images, to draw employees into a question or series of questions, which results in a higher level of participation and engagement.

Companies can ask questions to follow up on results from annual surveys or to see what brand values are resonating with employees, for example. Questions and even results can be categorized by business unit, department, geography, job function or position. When issues are identified and remediation efforts are made, the results of those efforts can be tracked in real-time.

The Wayin Administration Console is integrated into the tibbr platform for easy use. Results can be published on the fly, in real-time, and can track trends over time.
