Consolidated Container Company to Begin Issuing Quarterly and Annual Reports Pursuant to Indenture

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Consolidated Container Company LLC (CCC) announced today that it will begin to make publicly available quarterly reports after the end of each of the three fiscal quarters of its fiscal year and annual reports after the end of its fiscal year containing substantially all of the financial information that would be required to be generally contained in such reports if CCC had been a reporting company under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, in compliance with Section 3.10 of the indenture entered into by and among CCC, Consolidated Container Finance Inc., each of the guarantors named in the indenture and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee (the “Indenture”).

CCC is expected to make publicly available its first quarterly report for the period ended July 2, 2012, in October 2012.

CCC will also begin making publicly available its current reports in compliance with Section 3.10 of the Indenture, which may be released before CCC makes its first quarterly report publicly available in October 2012.
