Sheeley’s track record for success includes more than 15 years experience in the community association management industry. Her expertise ranges from developer properties to launching two master planned communities (one with more than 2,500 homes and another with 1,500 homes) as well as amenity management and lifestyle services.
Her knowledge and background is an asset to Associa Gulf Coast communities. Sheeley possesses a vast understanding of managing condominiums, HOAs, resorts and master planned communities. In addition, her background includes real estate, human resources and administration, as well as her former service as an officer on numerous boards.
For more than 15 years, Sheeley has been actively involved with community associations in Southwest Florida. She and her family moved to the area from Indiana and have established deep roots in the community.
