Charles Jennings to Address Questionmark 2013 Users Conference

Keynote will focus on measuring informal and workplace learning

NORWALK, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Learning and development expert Charles Jennings will deliver the keynote address at the Questionmark 2013 Users Conference, to be held March 3 – 6, 2013, in Baltimore, Maryland.

This will be the 11th annual North American conference organized by Questionmark®, a global provider of assessment technologies and solutions – and a celebration of the company’s 25^th anniversary.

Jennings is one of the world’s leading thinkers and practitioners in learning and development. As head of Duntroon Associates, he helps clients with learning and performance strategy, change management and with implementing improved approaches to workforce and leadership development. Previously, he served as Chief Learning Officer for Reuters and Thomson Reuters, where he led a 350-strong team of learning professionals for the firm’s workforce of 55,000.

The conference keynote, “Meeting the Challenge of Measuring Informal and Workplace Learning,” will explore how the 70:20:10 framework – based on studies that show high performers learn approximately 70% from experience, 20% from others and 10% from formal study – is being adopted by many organizations around the world. The keynote will address how this framework serves as a strategy for extending development beyond formal, structured learning to include informal and experiential learning opportunities.
