Houston Community Management Services (HCMS), an Associa company, continues to demonstrate industry knowledge by hosting a board workshop Tuesday, September 18. |

Open to all area board members, the complimentary board workshop will be held at the HCMS office at 7 p.m. Attendees will network with other board members and learn about Board Member Responsibilities from Trisha Taylor Farine of Daughtry & Jordan and basic financials and budgets from Chris Merrill and Stevie Morgan of HCMS’ Accounting Department. |

A graduate from the University of Houston and UH Law Center, she is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both residential and commercial real estate law, and has been representing community associations exclusively since 1998. | |||

Chris Merrill – HCMS |

| Merrill is a graduate of the University of Houston Clear Lake with a degree in finance. Working with HCMS’ financials department for more than a year, he has prior experience in small business management and is working toward his masters degree in finance. | |||
|
Stevie Morgan – HCMS |
|||
| Morgan is a graduate from the University of Houston with a degree in accounting. Working with HCMS for two and-a-half years, she has nearly 10 years of accounting experience. | |||
