Dow Declares Quarterly Dividend of 32 Cents per Share

MIDLAND, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Dow Chemical Company (NYSE: DOW) has declared a dividend of 32 cents per share, payable October 30, 2012, to shareholders of record on September 28, 2012.

This marks the 404^th consecutive cash dividend issued by the Company. Dow has paid its shareholders cash dividends every quarter since 1912.
