D.R. Horton, Inc., America’s Builder, Announces Intent to Offer $350 Million in Senior Notes Due 2022

FORT WORTH, Texas--()--D.R. Horton, Inc. (NYSE:DHI), America’s Builder, announced that it intends to offer and sell, subject to market and other conditions, approximately $350 million in aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2022 in an offering registered under the Company’s currently effective shelf registration statement. The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes.

RBS Securities Inc. is acting as the Sole Book-Running Manager for the senior notes offering. Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, UBS Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are acting as Co-Managers in the transaction.
