GE Board of Directors Authorizes Regular Quarterly Dividend

FAIRFIELD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of General Electric Company (NYSE: GE) today declared a $0.17 per share dividend on the outstanding common stock of the Company payable on October 25, 2012, with a record date of September 24, 2012 and ex-dividend date of September 20, 2012.
