Cross-Platform Apps Tool Marmalade Announces Support for Desktop

LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Marmalade - the cross-platform tool that enables mobile app developers to create without compromise – today announces the release of SDK (Software Development Kit) version 6.1 which will enable mobile developers to take their games and apps to the desktop, reaching new markets and maximising revenue opportunities.

The ability to target Windows and Mac OS X, in addition to the wide range of platform support already offered by Marmalade, means a developer can now create games and apps with a single codebase and easily retarget different platforms, taking their games and apps to millions of new people, through desktop stores.
