PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--KinderCare® Learning Centers, a leader in early childhood education for nearly 50 years, has been busy getting ready for back-to-school with updates inside and outside to hundreds of centers across the country. Crews have been hard at work on more than 1,700 projects ranging from brand new playgrounds and freshly painted classrooms, to resurfaced parking lots and sidewalks. Center families are thrilled with the improvements and are looking forward to this fresh start to the new school year.
“What an amazing difference all of the remodeling at our center has made,” said Tiffany Tolliver, a parent at the Lake Arbor KinderCare in Mitchellville, Maryland. “Everything looks so fresh and new. My daughter is excited, too, and loves the new playground – especially the slide!”
Tolliver’s four-year-old daughter is in the prekindergarten class at the Lake Arbor KinderCare. The center recently received extensive interior and exterior updates, including new carpeting and fresh paint throughout, a complete playground renovation and a new roof.
For nearly 50 years, KinderCare centers have been part of communities in thousands of towns and cities across the nation. This investment in the centers ensures that KinderCare teachers and staff continue providing families with a quality educational experience in a safe, welcoming environment.
