New BMC Software Global Partner Program Speeds Access to IT Best Practices

HOUSTON--()--BMC Software (NASDAQ: BMC) today launched an enhanced Global Partner Program to help its partners to more effectively align BMC tools and technology with customer needs. The program facilitates collaboration across a global network of industry experts, enabling them to provide truly transformational IT Service Management and cloud solutions.

Key features of the program’s initial phase, which was developed in close collaboration with regional, national and global partners, include:

  • Certification: A comprehensive set of technical certifications will allow partners to obtain deep technical expertise and differentiate themselves in the marketplace.
  • BMC Partner Advantage Portal: A social media and collaboration engine will ensure certified partners have access to the BMC knowledgebase of best practices as well as all the latest tools and assets to ensure that their customers receive high value solutions.
  • Value-Added Technical Support: Live implementation assistance from BMC will give partners and customers quick access to BMC’s comprehensive resources.

In addition to ensuring the highest quality of service, the BMC Partner Advantage Program will give BMC customers an easy way to identify business partners’ company profiles and gain detailed insight into their specific capabilities.
