CyrusOne Inc. Files Registration Statement for a Proposed Initial Public Offering

CINCINNATI--()--Cincinnati Bell Inc. (NYSE: CBB) announced today that CyrusOne Inc., the wholly owned subsidiary that owns and operates Cincinnati Bell’s data center business, has filed a registration statement on Form S-11 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in connection with CyrusOne’s proposed initial public offering of its common stock. A portion of the proceeds from the initial public offering will be used to repay outstanding indebtedness of CyrusOne owed to Cincinnati Bell.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and BofA Merrill Lynch will act as joint book-running managers.
