UnitedHealth Group Board Authorizes Payment of Quarterly Dividend to Shareholders

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH) announced today that its Board of Directors, at its meeting on August 7, 2012, authorized payment of a quarterly shareholder dividend of $0.2125 per share in the third quarter of 2012. The dividend will be paid on September 21, 2012, to all shareholders of record of UnitedHealth Group common stock as of the close of business on September 14, 2012.
