McMillan has over a decade of multi-platform editorial experience and was most recently senior editor at Flare.com. Prior to that, she was fashion news editor at Flare magazine. She also served as style editor at Weddingbells magazine (U.S. edition) and WeddingChannel.com. Her work has appeared in such diverse publications as Elle Canada, Vogue Nippon, The Globe and Mail, Canadian Business and Glow, as well as several online portals including Yahoo, iVillage and MSN. With an excellent network of contacts in the industry, McMillan has had the opportunity to meet and interview creative luminaries such as Michael Kors, Oscar de la Renta, Roberto Cavalli, Tommy Hilfiger, as well as boldfaced names including Lady Gaga, Jessica Simpson, Kate Hudson, Katy Perry, and the Olsen twins.
