New Web-Based Reading Curriculum from MindPlay, Inc.

TUSCON, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--A new K-12 reading curriculum, MindPlay Virtual Reading Coach™ (MVRC), will be released by MindPlay, Inc., on July 1. MindPlay’s previous products, supported by scientifically-based reading research, have won numerous awards for excellence in the field.

MVRC is designed to measurably improve reading skills in 30 hours or less. The program provides instruction in all five of the essential reading components identified by the National Reading Panel: phonemic awareness, phonics, vocabulary, comprehension, and fluency. MVRC also includes an additional instructional component on grammar and meaning. The program aligns with the Common Core State Standards for English Language Arts.
