Fixmo and Joyent Bring BYOD Security, Management and Compliance to the Cloud

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GigaOM STRUCTURE—Fixmo, the mobile risk management (MRM) company, and Joyent, the cloud infrastructure performance company, today unveiled a partnership to deliver cloud-based mobile security and corporate data protection solutions to enable secure, managed and compliant bring-your-own-device (BYOD) deployments in a massively-scalable cloud environment. The companies will jointly offer Fixmo’s defense-grade mobile solutions for BYOD security, device management, data loss prevention (DLP) and compliance assurance through Joyent’s carrier-grade SmartDataCenter cloud infrastructure.
