VALLEY FORGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AmerisourceBergen Corporation (NYSE: ABC) today announced that Lazarus Krikorian, 47, has been appointed Vice President, Corporate Controller, effective immediately. Krikorian will be an officer of the Company, and will report to Tim G. Guttman, who was recently appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and whom Krikorian succeeds as Corporate Controller.

Prior to joining the Company, he held other financial management positions, including Senior Assurance Manager at KPMG LLP, where he spent a decade. He holds a Bachelor of Science in the dual major of Accounting and Finance from Drexel University.
