IRONWOOD, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Keweenaw Land Association, Limited (KEWL: OTC Pink) today announced the final election results from its 2012 Annual Shareholder Meeting held May 21, 2012 in Ironwood, Michigan. Those results, as certified by Okapi Partners, indicate the re-election of Mr. James P. Totten and Mr. Frederick J. Weyerhaeuser to the Keweenaw Board of Directors to serve for three-year terms. Under Proposal 2, Anderson, Tackman & Company were approved as auditors for 2012. No other proposals were brought before the shareholders for consideration. In this year’s voting, 85% of outstanding shares were represented.
