International recruiting firm boasts a proprietary database of nearly 12 million candidates
CyberCoders (http://www.cybercoders.com), the leading worldwide recruiting firm which utilizes proprietary technology and exceptional recruiters to match great companies with great people, announced today that its founder, president and Chief Happiness Officer, Heidi Golledge, has been identified as a finalist in Ernst & Young’s 2012 Orange County Entrepreneur of the Year Awards. Golledge stands out as the only female in a pool of fifteen finalists.
“As a kid, I created small businesses to earn money to buy my first computer. Once I had my swanky Commodore 64, I worked on it constantly while dreaming of becoming a computer entrepreneur one day. Being able to live out my childhood dream every day at CyberCoders, and earning this nomination from Ernst & Young and their amazing panel of judges, is truly an honor,” said Golledge.
From a pool of more than 70 nominations, the awards panel of judges first narrowed the field of candidates to 28 semifinalists before determining the 15 finalists for this year’s Orange County Entrepreneur of the Year 2012 honors. The winners will be named at a special gala and awards presentation on June 7 at the St. Regis Resort in Laguna Niguel.
“I am extremely proud to be representing everyone in the CyberCoders Family with this nomination. At the House of CC, we believe in treating everyone like family and using our technology to help improve the lives of our clients and candidates, and that, ultimately, is the greatest reward,” Golledge said.
