SAN YSIDRO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Echo Pacific Construction is proud to announce their participation along with Lucky Stores of San Ysidro in the San Ysidro School District Families First Project. The partnership of Echo Pacific, San Ysidro School District and Lucky’s of San Ysidro distributed much needed provisions for this Easter holiday to help insure the educational success of children who are experiencing non-permanent housing within the District.
On Wednesday, March 27th, seventy San Ysidro School District families received gift baskets consisting of food to prepare a complete Easter holiday dinner. Each basket included a ham, gravy, mashed potatoes, stuffing, green beans, celery, corn, carrots, bread rolls, oranges and an apple pie. Echo Pacific team members along with District Administrators hand delivered packages to each program eligible household. “This was a true joint effort between our District and Echo Pacific to insure a healthy, happy holiday for these well deserving families,” commented Dena Whittington, Assistant Superintendent of Business Services for San Ysidro School District “Thank you to Lucky’s of San Ysidro for assistance in obtaining the food at a reduced price and thank you to Echo Pacific for being so giving of your time and resources to help make this possible.”
