In this role she will lead human resources, real estate and workplace services, procurement, and internal and employee communications, as well as the corporation’s philanthropy and community involvement through The Sallie Mae Fund.
This is Ms. Reich’s second tenure with the company, after a 25-year career from 1984 to 2009, during which she served on the executive management team and played a critical leadership role as the company privatized and acquired more than a dozen other businesses.
