BETHESDA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RLJ Lodging Trust (the “Company”) (NYSE: RLJ) today announced that its Board of Trustees declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.165 per common share of beneficial interest, a 10% increase over the previous quarter. The dividend is payable on April 13, 2012, to shareholders of record as of March 30, 2012.
Based on the Company’s common stock closing price of $17.36 on March 15, 2012, the annualized dividend represents a 3.8% yield.
